My thoughts on how modern living and staring at digital screens has dulled our senses and why we need to “rewild” our senses in nature.
We need to learn about nature directly from the natural elements in wild landscapes, rather than simply from textbooks and digital content. There’s something special and awe-inspiring about bringing your full attention to your immediate experience so you can feel fully immersed in a forest.
There is this unspoken communication between you and the forest when you bring your full attention to the flow of your experience in a forest ecosystem. This is why I’m so passionate about meditating in the forest and opening your senses to explore the “felt presence” of your immediate experience.
