Eco-Mindfulness: Shift Into The Effortless Flow of Nonduality

Nonduality is a way of living life where in each moment you feel your interconnectedness with everyone and everything around you. It's not just a philosophy or an experience, but a way of being in the world.

Come explore how to shift out of conceptual thinking into a non-conceptual field of nondual awareness and ground yourself in the "felt presence" of your immediate experience.

Date And Time: Sunday, November 21st 10 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at Kerncliff Park in Burlington, Ontario

Learn Eco-Mindfulness And Walking Meditation Practices That You Can Do Anywhere

The planetary ecological crisis we face today is ultimately a crisis of consciousness.

Today's dominant materialist worldview has created a world that separates the mind from the body and the human being from the biosphere.

This has created a way of seeing that views nature as inanimate things, whose only value is their utility to humans.

This approach has brought us great technological wonders. It has also brought us climate change, biodiversity collapse, an insatiable craving for more and a growing sense of existential anxiety.

On this experiential learning journey, we will explore the roots of the modern world's alienation from nature and how our ordinary experience of being separate or detached observers is incomplete and inaccurate.

You will learn how to shift out from egocentric thinking to an expanded, effortless and spacious sense of ecocentric consciousness that arises from nondual awareness.

This will help you to strike at the root of the restlessness of stress and anxiety by shifting out of compulsive ways of thinking "about the world" into direct seeing and knowing "in the world".

You will discover how to expand your awareness beyond thought-based knowing  past the judgements, labels and comparisons that keep you from experiencing the subtle dimensions of felt presence and aliveness.

This way you can experience a deeper sense of awe and wonder by tuning into the animate aliveness of the world with effortless, heartfelt presence.

To keep deepening your learning after this workshop, you will receive a downloadable Eco-Mindfulness Audio Practice that you can use to integrate the felt presence of nondual awareness into your day with a walking meditation practice.
